London in February

February is not ideal for sightseeing and walking in parks. However, it was my stopover on my way home. As it was not my first time visiting London, I did not feel the pressure to see all of those standard places, although finally I went to some of them.

My first place to see was Holland Park. After some trouble (travelling without a map...), I found my destination. The streets around are so nice, despite ugly trees, that getting lost was worth it. Surprisingly, there are only a few entrances to the park.

Just as in every (?) park in London, Holland Park is full of peacocks and squirrels.

What I really wanted to see there was the Kyoto Garden.

Obviously, the London Eye is a must. This time London was cloudy and windy, so I only took a photo of the Eye and Big Ben, so that my visit was "full" ;)

Stinky and dirty red toilets of London - Telephone Boxes. If you have not seen one yet, you should remember to hold your breath while taking a quick photo.

I myself prefer art galleries like Tate Modern, however I decided to go to National Gallery first for a quick look (not the first or the second one).

My next location to visit was Covent Garden Market. Honestly - because I wanted to visit Ben's Cookies.

The following day, I had my "first time" visiting Camden Town and admiring its impressive facades. Then, I saw Camden Lock. I also gave in and tried some Chinese food.
